Exterior is virtually maintenance free. Brick and vinyl on the outside. The inside is dated, however, minimal work is needed. Hardwoods are under carpet. The hvac, roof and hot water heater look to be in very good shape. Erwin elementary and Erwin Middle school are directly behind the house. Possible there is room for a half bath.
