We own 2 rentals (free and clear) that we are getting ready to rehab. Each one needs about $20k in repairs. We are looking for funding during this phase. Once completed and rented out we will cash out refinance. Both properties are located in Detroit and rent for $700 - $800/mo. Would also consider wholesaling properties as-is. If you are interested or if you know someone who might be, PM me. Thanks.
