I'm looking to partner with a builder or contractor who wants to invest in properties in the greater Detroit area. I'm a buy and hold investor who, up until this point, has invested primarily in Grand Rapids. I own and operate a firm in GR, but I'm looking to start a company in Detroit that offers a full suite of services, including but not limited to renovations, rental properties, property management services, and flips.
