Who is in RI? Lets meet up.
As far as I can tell there's 2 people here on BP who are active in RI. I need some more locals to share my ideas with and pester from time to time.
Our local investment club is MIA. The organizer will not return calls/emails. Will probably look into the other paid investment club here in RI. I would even consider a public meetup if we had a group of interested individuals. I know one private lender in Bristol, a couple investors in Providence and legal professionals here by the coast.
Market by the coast is somewhat inflated. I have 1 property here in which I manage personally. Currently working central RI for leads as the market will support the business better. Never really intended on getting into Prov RE.
