Looking for a mentor near Fort Knox, Kentucky
I am looking for a mentor in the Fort Knox, Louisville, or Elizabethtown Kentucky areas. I am a military spouse wanting to break into investing in my area. I have varied work experience that could lend itself to many different environments. I work in customer service, but I also have years of office management and personal assistant experience as well. I have completed a real estate course, but because we move for the military, I have not become licensed. I am starting my appraiser's certification course next week, so I will have that experience as well. I also have a flipping background, as I worked to fix and flip houses with my stepdad when I was younger. I am willing to cold call, direct mail, and drive for cash if needed and I am available part-time throughout the week. If needed full-time, I could arrange for that as well.
