    Hi Dave,

    Ask a Lender can help you find a mortgage broker or direct lender to refinance your investment property. Using the mortgage refinance lender search, select "Rental/Investment Property" under Property Use and "15-Year Fixed Rate" under Rates, Terms & Features in the advanced search menu:
