Can anybody say $50k profit?? This 4/2 in New Castle is the definition of a WIN. Its inn incredible shape and mechanicals are working! NON-REHABBED 3/2's in this area have sold from $179k+.....so you tell me what happens when you sell a rehabbed 4/2!!!...HOME RUN!!
