This has been a great little unit for me as an out of state investor. It has had a tenant in it for 2 years now at $750/mo. He paid all utilities and owner paid $85/mo HOA, but the rest was cash flow. He's moving out but before I put another tenant in there I thought I'd list it here on PB to see if anyone was interested.
