Hello Justin.
The roof is original to the house and is 22 yrs old, but the owner just had new rubber boots installed around all the vent piping. No leaks or any other roof issues. The foundation had settled, so the owners had it corrected by installing piers on three sides. The only issue is the driveway eventually settled as well, leaving about a 4-inch drop in the driveway that hasn't been corrected.
