Looking for a seasoned wholesaler. I’ll pay out 50% of my first wholesale fee in exchange for guidance throughout the transaction. I consider it tuition paid for my wholesale education.
@Shawn Johnson - There are always many wholesalers and investors at the monthly meeting of the Knoxville Real Estate Investors. There is a fee to attend but it will be a good place for you to start your education.
