Hi all,
I am an out of country investor looking to acquire property in Indianapolis. I would be interested to connect with other investors/flippers to acquire a small portfolio of homes willing to offer owner financing on the purchase.
I am interested in SFR and (preferably) multifamily 2-4 units with cashflow potential.
