Congrats to our new real estate investors! Jen & @Brian Chin are just getting started on the path to financial freedom with a long term investment that will also provide immediate additional income! Although they live in NYC and are more familiar with NY, they knew to hire an expert real estate investors and agent to “bridge the gap”! Jen secured a strong deal with positive cash flow in the Philadelphia market right away!
