Non-Starters:

- No 2nd Lien

- No 2nd Lien on any of sponsors current assets

- No pledged interest on sponsors current assets

This is what we can do:

- Pledged interest in current acquisition or existing sponsor assets (can’t be recorded with title)

- Personal guarantee loan
