No, the lot area only permits 2 units by-right. If you were to seek zoning relief, I do not believe you can show hardship for the 3rd unit. Not to mention, you will have a difficulty laying out 3 units on a lot this size unless you also obtain relief for less open area. Again, don't see this as being ripe for relief.
