I've been seeing a lot of low priced condos and  houses in

golf communities in Boca Raton, they have mandatory

memberships  that go for about 70K initially to approx

11K a year. Does anyone have anyone advice on

which one has the best deal? Most lenient rules

possible to share memberships etc
