I'm an investor looking to build a team to help buy vacant properties between $2,000 and $12,000 each. I need the following: people to steadily find the properties, people looking to fund the deals (and likely keep up to 90 percent of the rental income), a sales person that wants to find rental offices that will supply tenants. I've worked in rentals, sales, and come from a family that owned many of the largest buildings in Manhattan. I'm beginning again with this new project, and am open to people from anywhere in the world that can work virtually. I am in San Diego, California but buy all throughout the US in places that homes, apartment buildings, multifamilies and hotels are struggling to get rents or prices anywhere near New York City or San Diego prices. I create housing that gives tenants a second chance no matter has happened to their finances before renting in my properties.
