Refinancing help options
Hello BPers,
I have 2 SFHs, in Pontiac Michigan, I have recently (2 weeks) ago did appraisals on both they came back low for the bank I was going through.
I am seeking a lender that would refi these 2 properties for me in a 10-20-30year loan it really doesn’t matter.
The properties combined appraised for $94,000. I am looking to pull at least $64,000 total.
They are both rented combined generating $1640 a month.
1 tenant has been there for 1 year and planning on staying for another 3 years under contract for another year.
The other tenant has been there for 8 years and not planning on moving.
