Looking to get a reliable partner to purchase an apartment building from 6 to 12 units, in the southeastern, MA & Pawtucket, RI area. Looking for a building in the price range of $700,000 to 1 Million. I was considering doing a 1031 Exchange on one of my units, but because I don't really want to sell, I am considering a partner.

Hi Frank, this would be great. Where does RI meet generally for networking meetings? I'm just starting to look at options for apartment buildings, and I have decided that selling to get a building is not really what I want to do. I would love to meet folks in your network to discuss possibilities.
@Leanna Green the only regular networking group I know of in Rhode Island is RIREIG which had been running since 2003 and meets once a month in Warwick, usually on the 3rd Thursday. Check the RIREIG website to confirm of course.
There are other groups that are smaller and more ephemeral, I can’t name any specific one but I think most/all are on Meetup.
I'm sorry, I didn't get your message in time. I would not have been able to attend tonight anyway, I am planning a Quality Conference (http://asqboston.org/boscon2019/program/) for April 1st and we had a meeting for all the last minute prep required. I will follow you on FB and if there is any meetings, especially in Pawtucket area that would be great. Please keep me updated guys!
@Leanna Green will do. But also, I'd recommend just putting 4/18 in your calendar since that's the 3rd Thursday of next month and very likely the next meeting, if you're able to come.
