Looking to get a reliable partner to purchase an apartment building from 6 to 12 units, in the southeastern, MA & Pawtucket, RI area. Looking for a building in the price range of $700,000 to 1 Million. I was considering doing a 1031 Exchange on one of my units, but because I don't really want to sell, I am considering a partner.

Hi Frank, this would be great.  Where does RI meet generally for networking meetings? I'm just starting to look at options for apartment buildings, and I have decided that selling to get a building is not really what I want to do. I would love to meet folks in your network to discuss possibilities.
