Hi there! I have a client who needs a property somewhere between pompano and Hollywood, preferably a good vacation rental market. Needs to stay under $470k. Prefer 3Bd 2ba. Willing to do minor work (cosmetics, nothing that needs major reno) HOA has to allow short term rentals. Any furnishings are a plus. HOA needs to allow short term rentals.
