PropertyForce is seeking an Acquisitions Agent who is a proven inside sales professional, for our Hallandale Beach, FL headquarters. PropertyForce is a Real Estate Investment firm, specializing in the use of advanced technology, marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across the US. PropertyForce has been disrupting the Real Estate industry for over 10 years. We operate in an entrepreneurial start up culture and thrive on challenging the status quo.
Our Acquisitions Agents work in a non-corporate, fast paced sales environment as part of our Acquisitions Team. Our Acquisitions Agents interact with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute a warm calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
- Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to acquire their property for investors
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
- Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
- Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
