    Do you have any specific requirements, do you have any minimum on the loans? Will we enjoy similar interest rates as you, guys?

    @Account Closed Thank you. Our minimum loan amount on long term (30) year investment properties is $50k and minimum property value is $75K (60K if part of portfolio loan). As far as I'm told right now, there will be no difference in the rates, only difference is LTV's.
