Seeking Private Money for Quick Flip in West Michigan

I have a great deal under contract in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area and I'm seeking a private money lender who can fund the initial purchase.  I will cover all closing and rehab costs.  Please see attached for more info.  Looking forward to hearing from you!

@Ryan Dosenberry - I can't fund it as a hard money lender - but I might consider purchasing it with you for a split of proceeds.

    Hey @Ryan Dosenberry check with the Rental Property Owners Association in that area - Clay Powell runs it and might know of some lenders in that area.
