Need a 1.38 Mill Refi on a 1.8 Mill valued 37 Unit in KCMO

Looking for a lender to pay off a 1.38 million dollar loan on a refi of a 37 unit apartment complex in KCMO. Will consider asset-based loan, full to no doc. Have an appraisal at 1.8 Mill

    @David de Luna - that's tight. You're already at 76% LTV. You're looking at bringing $$ to the table in order to Close. Are you guys good with that?

    Nope, no money besides closing costs, if that. If I can't find a lender at 80 LTV+ I'm just flipping it.
