Looking or a lender (not hard money) for a 80%, 30-year loan on a duplex in Tampa, FL. Tenant occupied. Great credit. Need to be able to close in <30-days.

    @Dan Travieso - best we can do (assuming 720+ credit and good cash-flow on the duplex) is 75% leverage.  30 year loan with rates "starting" at 6.25% fixed.
