We are looking at a multifamily property valued at 1.9 million in our area. We would like to find a commercial loan that is 75% LTV and non-recourse if possible.

@Katie Jewell - can be done if you can go Full Doc (tax returns and bank statements), great credit, and the asset is solid with solid performance numbers and you have a strong balance sheet.
