Follow up on leads, talk to sellers, analyze the opportunity to acquire and buy property at a certain price to create a deal opportunity, or to refer to a retail partner agent. 

You are remote, independent, learning to talk to a seller better, checking seller interest, following up, negotiating, analyzing, uncovering a deal or referring a listing. You make money on a deal to deal basis. 

(We are buy and hold investors, renovators, hard money flippers,  wholesalers, (contract sellers) and agents realtors. We are first foremost a small marketing operation for distressed real estate and surface quality conversations with sellers to uncover a deal.)
