Cash out financing lender in OH

Hello BP community,

Anybody knows of any bank(s)/lender that does cash out finance on rentals? My properties are in Cleveland OH.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for an alternative to conventional financing, I'd be happy to work on a quote for you. We're going up to 70% LTV cash out right now into 30 year fixed terms. LLC or Personal name vesting is fine either way. No DTI requirements. Simply FICO + Subject Property Cash Flow (DSCR) based.

Saleh, I have 6 basis question I need you to answer, then we can go from their, I also need an email address. Thank's.
How much money do you need?
What does your credit profile?
How will you use the money?
How will you repay the loan?
Does your business have the ability to make the payments required under the loan?
Can you put up any collateral?
