Welcome to the September MONTHLY BRUNCHES OF NOTES... where we will break down the good, bad, and just awight note deals.  Newbies are encouraged to attend so that you can start to properly set your expectations.

If you want to get concrete examples of the kind of money that can be made in notes, you will not want to miss this MBON. So far, I have made money on all my deals. However, the amount of money made on each deal is all over the place from a $ or ROI perspective. I've hit singles before that took up to 3 years to complete, and I've hit a grand slam before that took all of a few weeks to reconcile.. New note investors have to be OK with that, especially if they want to focus on NPNs.
