Hello BP community,
I have a client who is looking to expand his RE holdings in Mass. He has plenty of equity in his properties and would like to obtain a blanket LOC (2nd position) across multiple properties. 1st lien holder won't touch it. Already has a HELOC on primary and does not want to do a loan.
Anyone have local leads in the New England area for commercial lenders or commercial brokers who can get this done?
