I am looking for potential financing of a condo-tel type property. Does anyone have any experience with a good lender that provides these types of loans?

Hi Brian. Are you looking to purchase a hotel and then convert it to permanent housing? If so, then yes might have a solution for you...contingent on a few factors, of course. Let know if you'd like to discuss.
@Brian M. - we originate Condotel loans. There are parameters, however. With 750+ FICO, we can go 75-80% max leverage. Must have full kitchen in the property.
