1. One time close.

2. 13 Month Interest Only construction period.

3. Converts to Long Term Rental once rehab is complete.

5. Up to 90% LTC and 70% LTV.

6. Single loan equals savings on fees.

100% Financing for Fix & Flips

1. No prior rehab required.

2. Maximum Loan Amount 65% of ARV.

3. Minimum Loan Amount of $100,000.

4. Minimum Credit Score 660.

5. Rates from 9.5% to 13%.

6. Minimum liquidity requirement – borrower must have no less than $15,000 - $20,000.
