Hi Jordan! I've had some success with virtual assistants on Fiverr in the past, but have never used them for cold calling. Not sure what the cost would be for that, but I would start there as you can at least a list of possible VAs together. Hopefully this helps!
You should look into REVA Global. I have built my companies on the backs of their VAs. They are highly skilled, trained and managed. They have done everything from managing my text message campaigns, cold calling, social media and basic admin tasks. I tried saving money to hire the cheaper VAs but it was always a constant turnover and instead of doing the work myself I found myself micromanaging the VA. REVA Global is an actual business that attracts the highest quality VAs in the Philippines so the talent pool is the best I've experienced. I have been with them for 5 years now! Let me know if you'd like more info :D https://revaglobal.com/jpk/

@Account Closed Mainly to help with data entry on listings and comps. Nothing too complex. Looking at seeing if they can assist with Social Media marketing next

@Jp Kilduff have the REVA Global VA's done cold calling for you? I'm very curious what others have experienced as far total VA calls per day or per week, VA call to appointment rates, appointment to close rates, etc. with VA cold calling for investors.

JP,
Looking into getting myself some VA's..are you still using this company?
Great question — hiring a virtual assistant (VA), especially for cold calling, can be a game-changer if done right.
From my experience working in and partnering with a VA agency that specializes in real estate, the best way to find a reliable VA provider is through referrals. If someone you know has worked with a VA agency and achieved solid results, that's usually a great place to start.
Another key tip: interview multiple agencies before making a decision. Ask about their recruitment process, training, reporting systems, and their experience in real estate — specifically wholesaling or acquisitions if that’s your niche.
Also, I’d strongly recommend starting small. Don’t jump in with a full team right away. Start with 1 or 2 VAs for about a month, assess their performance, and if you see good results, then you can scale up. If not, it’s better to move on early than waste time and resources.
I’d be happy to share more insights or even help you get started if you’d like — feel free to DM me.
Hey! I own a product that offers virtual assistant, and is pretty dynamic based on your needs and preferred set of tools. Our pilot cost is free since we are hungry for user feedback. Want to connect?
I am looking to hire a virtual assistant. This will mainly be for cold calling off of list. Where should I look to hire a virtual assistant?
Hi Jordan, if you're looking to hire a virtual assistant for cold calling, platforms like Upwork or Fiverr are great places to start. If you don't find the right fit there, you could also explore agencies that specialize in providing trained virtual assistants or virtual lead managers. These professionals not only handle cold calling but also take care of lead management tasks. Personally, I'm working under an agency and have been working with a real estate investor like yourself for over five years now. Not sure if I am allowed to share the link of the agency here but we can connect if you need it, they might be a match for you.
