Just getting started in Real Estate but enjoy learning new things. I would like to meet someone experienced in negotiating, seller financing and BRRRR. If something is needed for your bottomline, I'm open to assist. This is for Illinois in which I familiar with a large portion of it.

    @Ladell Hamer - I think it may help if you provide some cities in the area you are looking to network.  That way those keywords pop up for investors in that area.

    @Jonathan Klemm - Thanks for the information. I'm looking at Chicago Heights, IL and Glenwood, IL at the moment. Expanding after this area.
