I am looking for someone to refinance a commercial mortgage of about 150k for a period of one year.

I have someone who is buying a building using seller financing, the original owner had defaulted on his loan during about 170k while payments were being made by the buyer.

We are negotiating to buy the note from the financial group who is willing to sell. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to hold the mortgage for 6 months to a year in order for them to get financing.
