The City inspector notified me of some repairs I needed to repair. My tenant rescheduled an appointment with the plumber. But then proceeded to complain about not having a notice she scheduled

You really need a clause in your lease that charges tenants for missed or cancelled appointments. The tenant needs to understand it is unacceptable to not accommodate repairs and financial repercussions are the best motivation.

Hello Mr. Splitrock. Thanks for the reply. I have been looking online for a civil code explaining to the tenant of their responsibility to allow repairs does something like this exists?

In Alabama, a 48 hour notice is required to enter a property.  Once that notice is posted, the property manager/landlord may enter the home to inspect, repair, etc.
