Disabled Applicant Claims to Not Have a Credit Score.

This is a topic I had heard about a very long time ago. I think the answer was that everybody has

a credit score? I can just go through rent prep with the application like I always do.

I am curious to know opinions on this in advance. Does anyone 40ish not have a credit score?

He doesn't meet your tenant selection criteria. No credit score. Just move on to the next potential tenant.

Don't debate it with him. You have selection criteria and he simply isn't qualified. This is the one thing you have to comply with:
"Under the ADA, landlords are prohibited from inquiring about the exact nature of a person's disability even if the disability is highly visible."
Wish him well elsewhere...
