Duplex for Section8 Rent

I recently acquired a duplex in Nashville from my grandfather that has had the same tenants in one unit for nearly 12 years and has not ever asked for a rental increase through Section8.  I am looking to raise the rents and significantly since I have remodeled both units and obviously rent prices have drastically changed within the last decade lol. If anyone has any tips or information on the process of rent increases with Section 8 let me know!
