BBQ common area for tenants
I'm trying to find a way for tenants to bbq without the need to store all their grills outside their unit. Has anyone successfully created some kind of common bbq area? Pictures would be appreciated. Current plan is to create something similar to a state park bbq area. Like a covered picnic area with a few of those sturdy charcoal grills. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank You!
