Lawyer recommendations? 

Also is there options to get tenant out without having to evict them?


They were given a 10 day notice to pay rent or quit by Oct 9, 2022 and are still not fully moved out.


they broke several lease terms (smoking, no proof of renter insurance, undisclosed pet, etc)
