This came across my Youtube feed and I had to share. 20 years on section 8 and she's salty that HARDWORKING people are flocking to the area she wants to live, and landlords don't want to accept her voucher.

I have section 8 tenants who pay market rent or slightly above. She said clearly that the voucher is $200 or so less than average. When things already aren't cashflowing due to rising costs and rates, landlords have no choice but to maximize and possibly still be looking at a loss.
