Hey folks.
Got a rental from HUD last year, now its the time to apply for tax reduction. The property assesed at county for more then I've paid so it's definitely a good case, but! This one was bought from HUD. Do you think the county would approve that type of case?

Yes its ALL about the PP. , Why is your PM not taking care of this. I have gotten reductions of about 250k over the years,
