Property tax reduction after buying a SFR from HUD

Hey folks.

Got a rental from HUD last year, now its the time to apply for tax reduction. The property assesed at county for more then I've paid so it's definitely a good case, but! This one was bought from HUD. Do you think the county would approve that type of case?
