Advice on investing in Puerto Rico

Hi All, I am looking to invest in rehabing a property in Puerto Rico - Sabana Seca area. I have been doing some research on the local market in attempt to compare local rent rates and property valuations but there is not a lot of other properties list online in the area. Curious as to if anyone has invested in this area and can provide any information around the comps?

Hi William, 

I don't know a lot about that area specifically,  you can try Classificados Online, Facebook Marketplace, Point2 Homes for some local listings.
