Traveling nurses rental properties Los Angeles

Hi all, I am about to turn my ADU unit into a short term rental property for traveling nurses , any idea where to start? Any agency anyone is familiar with and is happy with?

Agency like a MTR PM? I would list it on Airbnb/VRBO for 30+ days. If you're looking for strictly travel nurses, furnished finder.

Most travel nurses in my experience have a dog and are a LIIIIIIIIITLE BIT crazy. Are you pet friendly? Might want to decide that now.

That hasn't been my experience with them, they've been awesome tenants. We're also not pet friendly but might change that for a couple units in the near future.
