    Hi Zak! Are you asking for recommendations for evicting a current tenant? Can you give some more information about the situation? Why is the eviction needing to take place? does the tenant have any grounds? What are the timelines? When is the lease up? Is the property held in an LLC or personal name? Etc

    What kind of recommendation? Are you looking for a law firm, or just general guidance?

    I was told it is possible to file for tenant eviction online and appear for hearing online (Maricopa County -> highland justice court) but online I'm unable to find where to file.

    Anyone knows where to file online?

    While we finally got successfully through it, I would recommend just using Hull, Holliday & Holliday, PLC.  Ask for Chris Hoynicki.

    @Zak House

    Thanks for the update. We are in Phoenix and also use Hull, Holliday & Holliday. I see your original post was some time ago, hopefully you got the tenants out & it didn't take all this time ?

    we followed the process ourselves and made an error which delayed it by a couple weeks.  We reached out to them to assist us after as the tenant was making baseless claims and wanted to ensure we were doing everything 100% by the book (which we confirmed that we did).  Really hope it doesn't happen again, but would rather pay the money for them to handle it next time.  I was thrilled to see how Phx/AZ has the back of landlords and not siding at all with tenants that simply don't pay.
