Does anyone in the short-term/medium-term space ever give tenants access to camera doorbell or other cameras you may have? I'm considering it as an added sense of security, etc.
If so, how did you do it? What devices/software? What extras did you put in the lease agreement?
@Richard Ebel I use nest but other people swear by ring doorbells. The quality is good enough for the use. I did not care for the arlo that works on cell phone service as there was too much time delay before the motion triggered recording started. Now if you need a camera good enough for license plates at any distance that is a whole other type of camera but most people don't need that.
