Hi
I recently purchased a house that is rented by the room. The previous owner said he rented it exclusively listing on Craigslist... Every single ad I post on Craigslist is flagged down within an hour or so. What is the best way to advertise my property?

@Andy V. that's odd that it is flagged. Maybe an angry ex tenant. I don't know what gets you flaged for an apartment off craigslist. Do you live there? You can check if something you put in is generally considered a fair housing violation (if you are exempt because you live there it gets more complicated, state it is owner occupied and read fair housing law). You can do facebook marketplace and there is a spot where you check it is a room. You can do roomies.com. If it is furnished you can use furnished finder but that tends to be shorter term.
