Hello!
I received my first inquiry today for my property for a 2 month stay with a possibility of renewing for another 2 months after. I was wondering if i should have the tenant sign a lease since it is through Airbnb. If so where would I get a lease specifically tailored to include payments through Airbnb? Any help would be appreciated this is my first rental property and still not sure on a lot of things thank you!

I would have them sign a lease for anything 30 days or more. Because that is when residency is established in California. If they don't leave, you might have to evict.
Any regular lease will do. Just change the info on how to make payments.
Before you do any of the above, you should check Airbnb TOS. They may have other rules.
