I don't have any experience with TurboTenant, but I do actively use Avail. I get tons of leads here on a daily basis with most if not all of them being responsive.
I'm trying to create my account on Turbo Tenant as a landlord but getting message that account has been suspended. They don't have customer service number to call. I tried to contact them through Email. No response at all. They support only Pro members on phone, which doesn't make any sense.
