LVP Floor thickness brand recommendation and floor Contractor in Conyers

Hi All,

My PM thinks I need a new upstairs LVP floor (as similar homes listed around 1800$ about 200 more than my current rent sitting for about 3 months) even though I think floors look ok to my eyes with some wear and tear marks, a few gaps and a few spots. I spoke to one contractor he says 3500$ for material and labor for about 1000 square feet upstairs. Is that a reasonable estimate? What thickness and what brand is better?  How much you spend on average for rent ready repairs of about 2000 square feet home. Please advise.
Thanks,

GP
