Hi All,
My PM thinks I need a new upstairs LVP floor (as similar homes listed around 1800$ about 200 more than my current rent sitting for about 3 months) even though I think floors look ok to my eyes with some wear and tear marks, a few gaps and a few spots. I spoke to one contractor he says 3500$ for material and labor for about 1000 square feet upstairs. Is that a reasonable estimate? What thickness and what brand is better? How much you spend on average for rent ready repairs of about 2000 square feet home. Please advise. Thanks,
Estimate feels okay. You likely have a discount building supply store in your area. Visit one of them and see what they have for discount. Also search for bulk lvp online
