Hi BP community. Does anyone know a good real estate attorney in Los Angeles? I'm in need of one who does evictions (for the future). I currently need one to help with some paperwork about earthquake retrofitting the small apartment complex. We do need to remove a tenant in order to do so, I would like help on this step from an attorney so if you can, that would be great.
